DUA OF PROPHET IBRAHIM (AS) IN QURAN

DUA OF PROPHET IBRAHIM (AS) IN QURAN – Our Lord, accept [this] from us. Indeed You are the Hearing, the Knowing.

رَبَّنَا تَقَبَّلْ مِنَّا ۖ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ

Rabbanaa taqabbal minnaa innaka Antas Samee’ul Aleem
“Our Lord, accept [this] from us. Indeed You are the Hearing, the Knowing.” [source]

This is an example of a behavior that should be modeled by all Muslims.

“And [mention] when Abraham was raising the foundations of the House and [with him] Ishmael” (2:127)

Prophet Ibrahim (as) and his son Ishmael (may peace be upon them) had done something amazing — they built the Kaaba. After having finished, they were mindful and conscious of Allah (swt) and sought his approval. They wanted to make sure that whatever good they had done would be accepted by Him.

Dua Before Entering The Toilet – Bathroom Dua

So, they called out in worship saying, Rabbanaa taqabbal minnaa innaka Antas Samee’ul Aleem, meaning, “Our Lord, accept [this] from us. Indeed You are the Hearing, the Knowing.”

The lesson we can learn here is whenever we engage in some virtuous act, we should ask Allah to accept it. This not only shows our niyyah (intention) is pure but also serves as a reminder that whatever good we do, we do it for the sake of Allah. PROPHET AYUB DUA FOR ILLNESS

To Him is the final destination, we must live with this truth at the forefront of our minds. All our actions and behaviors should reflect this reality. If you get in the habit of consciously and deliberately remembering Allah in all that you do, it can protect you from making a bad decision that you’ll later regret.
